Ready to be added to your subcontracting plan.
Stonebridge works as a subcontractor and teaming partner to prime contractors and systems integrators on federal and California state programs. Registration, insurance, and personnel requirements are already met, so onboarding is paperwork rather than a qualification exercise.
Prerequisites, already met
The checklist a subcontracts administrator works through before a supplier can be added to a plan.
How we engage
Three arrangements, depending on what your program needs.
What we need from you
To respond usefully, send the solicitation or notice number, the NAICS cited, the scope you want us to carry, and the flow-down clauses that will apply. We confirm alignment in writing before you name us in a bid, and we say so plainly if we are not the right fit rather than burning your capture cycle.
We support sources-sought and RFI responses, provide a capability statement mapped to the stated requirements, and sign teaming agreements and NDAs as needed. Where a subcontract requires consent to further subcontract, tell us during negotiation so it is settled in the agreement rather than mid-performance.
What we do
Cloud infrastructure and authorization boundaries, compliant CI/CD, Kubernetes platforms, production Python, and data engineering, against HIPAA, FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC 2, and NIST SP 800-53 and 800-171. Full detail on the services page, with published case studies including a named client.
We are an engineering firm, not an accredited assessment organization, and not a 3PAO. We build and remediate the systems assessors examine, which means no independence conflict with your assessor.
Send us the solicitation.
Send the solicitation or notice number and we will return the documentation your bid package needs, including a capability statement mapped to the stated requirements. Typically within two business days.
