Do you carry insurance, and can you provide a certificate?
Yes. Stonebridge carries professional liability (errors and omissions), cyber liability, and commercial general liability coverage with a licensed carrier. Professional liability and general liability are each written at $1,000,000 per claim or occurrence with a $2,000,000 aggregate, and cyber liability at $1,000,000 each claim and $1,000,000 aggregate. We issue certificates of insurance on request and can name your organization as certificate holder or additional insured where your contract requires it. If a solicitation specifies limits above these, tell us during scoping and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet them before you rely on us in a bid.
Can Stonebridge act as a subcontractor to a prime contractor?
Yes. Active SAM.gov registration and a CAGE code are the prerequisites for being added to a prime's subcontracting plan. We support teaming agreements, respond to sources-sought notices and RFIs, and can provide a capability statement mapped to a specific solicitation on request.
Does Stonebridge perform third-party audits or issue certifications?
No. We are an engineering firm, not an accredited assessment organization, and we are not a 3PAO. We build and remediate the systems assessors examine. That separation is deliberate: assessors cannot remediate findings they identified without creating an independence conflict, which is precisely why teams engage us alongside their assessor rather than instead of one.
